In the digital age, merging academic theory with real-world manufacturing technologies is essential for preparing students to enter the workforce. With this vision, Tri Tin Seaweed recently partnered with the School of Fisheries and Life Sciences – Department of Biotechnology at Nha Trang University to host a specialized career orientation program titled: "Career Orientation for Students in the Digital Era."

The 3-hour program took place at the Tri Tin sea grapes cultivation facility in Ninh Hoa. Far from a standard tour, the event offered a dynamic series of hands-on experiences, interactive activities, and practical networking opportunities that provided immense value to the visiting students.

An Inspiring 3-Hour Field Experience in Ninh Hoa

The students fully immersed themselves in a real-world production environment through a well-structured itinerary:

• Field Tour of Sea Grapes Cultivation: Students observed firsthand the high-standard cultivation and care processes of sea grapes, gaining a clear understanding of how biological techniques are scaled for commercial production.

• Keynote by Engineer Le Ben: The young attendees listened to insightful presentations from Engineer Le Ben regarding current industry trends and breakthrough career opportunities in the biotechnology and high-tech manufacturing sectors during the digital shift.

• Biotech Mini-Games & Project Presentations: The atmosphere grew energetic as students participated in interactive games and confidently presented their own research topics related to biotechnology.

• Q&A and Future Career Mapping: An open discussion among Tri Tin’s leadership, faculty members, and students helped clarify essential soft skills, innovative mindsets, and the tools needed to thrive in today’s modern job market.
