TRI TIN'S PACKAGING PROCESS - FULL FLAVOR AND NUTRITION

  • For Tri Tin, packaging is one of the most important stages because this is the stage that determines the flavor and quality of Tri Tin's dedicated products when they reach consumers. Today, we invite you to learn about the farming, processing and packaging process of Tri Tin's Sea Grapes products.

    Controlling input materials
    To have a delicious, high-quality and nutritious finished product, the first thing to do is to have quality input materials. Therefore, Tri Tin has built a closed production model to control product quality from farming to processing and packaging, ensuring that the product meets the highest standards before reaching consumers.

    Tri Tin seaweed is grown in the sea of ​​Khanh Hoa. Currently, Tri Tin chooses to grow seaweed in an improved net-laying method from the method of growing seaweed on a covered floor with a net - created by engineer Le Ben in 2004 and won the 9th National VIFOTEC Award. It helps seaweed plants easily absorb nutrients to grow by still taking advantage of the natural conditions of Vietnam's sea, while limiting dirt from the tarpaulin-lined bottom, reducing dependence on weather and making it convenient to harvest.

    Harvesting and Quality Control

    When the seaweed is large enough, workers check the seaweed trays to meet the technical specifications, harvest by pulling the seaweed trays to the shore and transfer them to the raw material receiving area.

    Natural processing and cleaning

    After harvesting, Sea Grapes are processed with natural seawater that has been treated with UV. Next, workers check each small seaweed fruit, technical specifications according to customer requirements, remove impurities, foreign organisms attached to the seaweed, clean and wash.

    After processing, the seaweed is transferred to a tank containing clean seawater and sterilized with ozone for re-cultivation. The entire process does not use chemicals, ensuring that the seaweed meets food hygiene and safety standards, safe for consumers' health.

    Packaged in a closed and sterile environment

    The packaging area is separated, ensuring food hygiene and safety. The product is packaged in a sealed package, helping the seaweed retain its freshness and crispness throughout the storage period, ensuring compliance with 2 standards:
    ⭐HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points): This is a quality management system to ensure food safety through controlling potential hazards during the production process.

    ⭐HALAL: This certification ensures that the product meets the requirements of Muslim consumers.

    With the meticulousness and application of HACCP quality management system, Tri Tin seaweed not only retains its natural flavor but also fully preserves the nutrients necessary for the body such as vitamins A, C, E, and minerals: Ca, Mg, Fe and unsaturated fatty acids such as Omega 3, Omega 6.
