GRILLED SQUID ROLL WITH SEA GRAPES

    – Prepare ingredients for 4 servings:

    1 cuttlefish

    60g fresh seaweed

    ½ teaspoon minced garlic

    ½ teaspoon chili powder

    ½ teaspoon cooking oil

    ¼ teaspoon five-spice powder

    ½ teaspoon green mustard

    1 teaspoon soy sauce

    ½ tablespoon white vinegar

    ½ teaspoon seasoning powder

    – How to make grilled squid rolled with seaweed:

    Step 1: Soak fresh seaweed in clean water for about 15 minutes, then remove and leave in a place protected from the wind

    Step 2: Make incisions on the squid body and marinate with minced garlic, chili powder, five-spice powder, seasoning powder and a little cooking oil for about 15 minutes so that the squid absorbs the spices.

    Step 3: After marinating, grill the squid until it is golden brown. Then, cut the squid body diagonally along the incisions into bite-sized pieces.

    Step 4: Finally, arrange the squid on a plate, place the seaweed on top and sprinkle a little chili powder to make it more beautiful and attractive.
