Grape seaweed salad
Enjoy seaweed salad with green vegetables, tomatoes, and cucumbers to create a delicious salad.
Ingredients:
• 200g seaweed - 200g salad - 100g crab sticks - 2 boiled eggs - 50g olives - 100g cherry tomatoes - 1 cucumber
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon vinegar - 1 tablespoon sugar - 1 teaspoon seasoning powder - 1/2 teaspoon pepper - 1 teaspoon minced garlic - 1 tablespoon olive oil
Implementation:
- Arrange seaweed on a plate. Then, add chopped salad, egg wedges, crab sticks, olives, sliced cucumber, and halved tomatoes on top.
- When serving, drizzle the sauce over and mix well.
- With this dish, you can prepare it several hours in advance, put it in the refrigerator and take it out when serving.
Tips:
Sea grapes live in the sea so they have a slightly salty taste. Therefore, you need to pay attention when seasoning the salad so that it is not too salty. In addition, when eating, you only add the seaweed (after mixing the vegetables, tubers, crab sticks, eggs...).
