TRI TIN WELCOMES DELEGATION FROM THE INSTITUTE OF VIETNAMESE AND WORLD ECONOMY AND THE QUANG NINH DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY: PROMOTING CIRCULAR ECONOMY IN SUSTAINABLE AQUACULTURE

  • Thursday, 15:04 Day 22/10/2026
  • Within the framework of Vietnam Science, Technology, and Innovation Week, Tri Tin Co., Ltd. proudly welcomed a delegation from the Institute of Vietnamese and World Economy and the Quang Ninh Department of Science and Technology for a working session and field survey on green technology and circular economy models in aquaculture.

In celebration of the meaningful events of Vietnam Science, Technology, and Innovation Week, Tri Tin Co., Ltd. was highly honored to welcome an interdisciplinary delegation to our headquarters for an official working visit.

The delegation was led by Dr. Ha Huy Ngoc on behalf of the Institute of Vietnamese and World Economy, along with representatives, leaders, and experts from the Quang Ninh Department of Science and Technology. This visit marks a significant milestone in connecting macro-research institutions, state regulators, and pioneering enterprises in the marine economy sector.

In-Depth Dialogue: Resolving Bottlenecks and Shaping Development Policies

During the working session, Tri Tin’s Board of Directors and the delegation engaged in an open and comprehensive discussion focusing on three core pillars:

    1. Assessing the Investment Environment and Marine Potential in Khanh Hoa: Both parties analyzed the natural advantages, outstanding investment opportunities, and challenges in exploiting marine space in Khanh Hoa Bay—one of the country's key regions for aquaculture.
    2. Pioneering Green Technology and Circular Economy Models: Tri Tin shared practical, hands-on experience in implementing strict environmental standards, optimizing low-emission operations, and developing recycling solutions to maximize the value chain of aquaculture production.
    3. Legal Discussions and Policy Recommendations: From the perspective of a direct producer, Tri Tin frankly addressed the challenges regarding legal frameworks, such as sea area allocation procedures and support mechanisms for high-tech investments. The company also proposed practical solutions to help perfect the legal corridor for the marine aquaculture industry.

Field Survey: Living Proof of a Sustainable Production Model

Following the office meeting, the company's leadership personally guided the delegation on a field survey to witness Tri Tin's closed-loop production process. The delegation visited:

    • The Modern Laboratory System: The hub for research, domestication, and quality control of breeding stocks and cultivation environments.
    • The Pre-processing and Deep Processing Facility: A facility operating under strict food safety and hygiene standards, fully equipped to meet high-end domestic and export markets.
    • The Specialized Seaweed Farming Area: A model highly praised for its role in carbon sequestration, water purification, and serving as a vital catalyst in the green economy puzzle.

Practical Significance for the National Innovation Landscape

Speaking at the meeting, the delegation representatives highly appreciated Tri Tin's continuous efforts and achievements. The practical models, real-world data, and objective recommendations provided by Tri Tin will serve as valuable reference materials for the Institute of Vietnamese and World Economy, as well as the Quang Ninh Department of Science and Technology.

This visit goes beyond a standard exchange of experience; it holds strategic importance in building and perfecting the science, technology, and innovation framework for the marine economy in Quang Ninh province, as well as other coastal localities across Vietnam.

Tri Tin Co., Ltd. expresses our sincere gratitude for the delegation's visit. We remain fully committed to continuous innovation, affirming our position as a green enterprise driving the sustainable development of Vietnam's marine economy.
